Shipping Information

There are four delivery options, UPS Standard and Ground Freight do not provide a guaranteed arrival date. Only Express delivery guarantees the arrival date and must be selected by the buyer. The fourth option is Air Freight, this is used for the equipment products which are sent directly from our factory in Germany to your location. Please allow sufficient delivery time for unforeseen shipping delays and weather conditions.

• UPS Standard:  (6-10 business days) - used for regular sized orders



• Ground Freight:  (8-12 business days) - used for large orders



• UPS Express:  (1-3 business days) - buyer selects one of the express options



• Air Freight:  (8-12 business days) - used for equipment orders

Shipping Tip

When purchasing small products like: Stick-It cards, markers, inks and stickers you can economize your delivery cost by ordering 4 or more products at a time. Delivering multiple small products quite often costs the same as sending one product, this method therefore reduces the delivery cost per product.

Express Delivery

If you require fast delivery then select one of the express delivery options when checking out of our online store. If you use our fax order form to order then select either the "Express 1 day" or the "Expedited 2 days" option. Oversized products can only be sent via ground freight and must be ordered by phone or email.

Order Deadline

Orders received after 11am (Mountain Standard Time) will be processed the next business day, the exception to this are large consumable orders that require extra time for processing and ground freight arrangement. Equipment orders are sent directly from our factory in Germany to your location and take 8-12 business days to arrive.

International Orders

This online shop does not calculate the shipping cost for locations outside of North America, so please call 1-780-485-8188 or email us at sales@neuland.biz to order. We do not apply a sales tax to international orders; therefore your country will charge a customs duty that will need to be paid when receiving the products. For international orders we do not invoice or accept credit card payment but require payment in advance by bank-to-bank transfer or a U.S. money order. Product pricing for international orders is based on our US pricelist. Most international orders are sent on a pallet via air freight and are delivered to the nearest airport to your location. It is held there by the customs office waiting for you to collect it.
