Email: look at our fax order form to ensure you state the required information
and email to sales@neuland.biz

No Sales Tax: we do not apply a sales tax to U.S. orders because the products are dispatched either from our North American office in Canada or from our factory in Germany. Therefore, UPS (United Parcel Service) may collect a customs duty, if applicable on behalf of U.S. Customs at the time of delivery. UPS accepts credit cards for this payment.

North American Orders
If your company uses purchase orders or if you prefer to be invoiced that can be arranged. For new clients we require your company's credit card details to be kept on file for security. Invoice payments are due within net 30 days of the purchase date. Please note: overdue payments will be subjected to a late payment penalty fee which is 5% of the total invoice amount. If you would prefer to pay with a credit card we accept MasterCard and VISA.

International Orders
This online shop does not calculate the shipping cost for locations outside of North America, so please call 1-780-485-8188 or email us at sales@neuland.biz to order. We do not apply a sales tax to international orders; therefore your country will charge a customs duty that will need to be paid when receiving the products. For international orders we do not invoice or accept credit card payment but require payment in advance by bank-to-bank transfer or a U.S. money order. Product pricing for international orders is based on our US pricelist. Most international orders are sent on a pallet via air freight and are delivered to the nearest airport to your location. It is held there by the customs office waiting for you to collect it.
